We’re finalists!
When we were tipped off about the contest that 94.7 FM (NRK) is holding to open for Foster the People’s sold out show at Portland’s legendary Crystal Ballroom we decided it was worth a shot to enter. Mer quickly cut together a video for “From the Sea” using old footage she shot and some footage from our CD release party taken by the great Austin Hillebrecht. We are excited to be among the top five in the contest alongside other great up-and-coming Portland talent (Jared Mees & the Grown Children, Priory, Sons of Day, and Redcast).
In honor of the contest, 94.7 will be featuring our song “From the Sea” on the air all week long for their “Local Slice of New Music Heaven.”
